I’m a product marketer and content strategist based in Austin, TX.
CV
I’ve had a non-traditional path, but writing is the thread that connects all of my work. Fresh out of Vanderbilt University, I worked for a hospital system as a business intelligence developer. Looking for opportunities to flex my writing muscles, I developed and led end-user reporting courses on the side.
I leveraged the user guides from my courses to land a position in technical writing at Qualifacts, a behavioral health software system. I quickly scaled my remit to include knowledge base management and go-to-market strategy.
That work pulled me into a true product marketing position at OJO. There, I focused on enablement and messaging strategy for a real estate agent network of twenty-thousand. I partnered closely with our product team to produce everything from concise UI copy to multi-channel launches.
Following an acquisition by Royal Bank of Canada, my focus shifted to digital strategy, helping build one of Canada’s fastest-growing real estate brands, Houseful, through organic search, email, and social media. Later, my role grew to encompass all product marketing strategy, including messaging, positioning, enablement, and integrated campaign support for new features. I also served as editorial lead and brand voice guardian, overseeing tone, clarity, and consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
Ultimately, I’m passionate about working with words—to teach, to entice, to motivate, to convince, to tell a story.
See for yourself in my portfolio.
