At OJO, I worked in product marketing with a focus on partner enablement

The samples below draw mostly from my work with the OJO Select Network, a group of 20,000 partner real estate agents across the US and Canada. My primary focus was driving compliance and adoption for our proprietary OJO Agent Dashboard, a web application that helped agents keep track of the referrals they received from us and monitor their performance in the network.

Messaging strategies

Messaging is key to the success of a launch, no matter the size. The examples below demonstrate how I translated feature changes in the OJO Agent Dashboard into a series of messaging pillars and a suite of copy deliverables.

Training video

This is an example from one of the training courses I developed for the OJO Select Network of agents. When I started at the organization, they were onboarding hundreds of agents a week using a 45-minute Zoom recording. I streamlined the onboarding to a 15-minute series of animated lessons with AI voiceover and periodic knowledge checks, all tracked within a learning management system.

Insights

In addition to my work with the agent network at OJO, I also had the opportunity to work on several agent and consumer insights initiatives. The following report discusses my findings from a qualitative research project I organized and conducted to understand how US homebuyers went about educating themselves on home financing topics and who they trusted along the way.
